Cashew Butter Balls

Here’s an easy treat that uses raisins and dates as natural sweeteners—not sugar!

Ingredients


½ Cup raw cashew butter

1 Cup cashew pieces

1 Cup organic raisins

1 Cup pitted dates  (or other dried fruits)

¾ Cup grated coconut

Directions


  1. Put dates and raisins through a food processor on a medium setting.
  2. Mix well with ¾ cup coconut and cashew butter.
  3. Add in cashew pieces.
  4. Form into balls and roll in additional coconut.
  5. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
