We will work together to create a personalized wellness plan based on your specific needs. DIET & NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING

Food counseling teaches the importance of metabolic typing, food combinations, label reading, organic foods, and the sources of foods. Learn the nutritional content of foods and how they can impact your healing and wellness. Also available are diet plans for the whole family based on the needs of each person.

MUSCLE RESPONSE TESTING

Muscle response testing, also known as applied kinesiology, can provide a quick analysis of nutritional, emotional, and other health needs.

ENERGY WORK

Psych-K integrates the left and right hemispheres of the brain with the subconscious mind and can provide emotional support in a very short period of time.

CUSTOM DETOX PLAN

I will create a custom detoxification plan according to your life habits, health and career history. Your custom detox plan could include ionic foot baths, cellular cleansing or any other therapies I offer.

The AO SCAN  uses infrared and electromagnetic signals to detect frequency imbalances in the subtle energy of your organs, tissues, cells, and even your DNA. It is Intended for adults aged 18-99, although limited readings are available to children.
