Here’s an easy treat that uses raisins and dates as natural sweeteners—not sugar!
Ingredients
½ Cup raw cashew butter
1 Cup cashew pieces
1 Cup organic raisins
1 Cup pitted dates (or other dried fruits)
¾ Cup grated coconut
Directions
- Put dates and raisins through a food processor on a medium setting.
- Mix well with ¾ cup coconut and cashew butter.
- Add in cashew pieces.
- Form into balls and roll in additional coconut.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
